What is your shipping policy?

JVD rings are custom made to order. You should allow one calendar month for your order to be delivered. We will send your order by registered post, which requires your signature.

DOMESTIC

Deliveries within the island of Ireland will take 2 days from when we have made the ring.

INTERNATIONAL

Deliveries internationally will take 5 to 7 days working days from when we have made the ring.

How will you package my order?

Your order will arrive in a special box, and include a hand-written certificate.

How do I order wholesale?

For wholesale orders of 20 or more rings, please contact us.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the custom nature of the rings you order from JVD Claddagh Rings, we do not currently offer a return.

We and our delivery partners do our best to make sure you get your order in the condition you expect and that you are happy with your order. If you discover a fault with your order - either we have delivered the wrong order or there is damage to the order - you need to contact us via the contact page, within 14 days of receipt of you order, detailing the fault. We will refund you the reasonable costs of returning the order and replace the original order with a correct or fault-free order.

Your returns must reach us within 28 days of order receipt. Allow at least 5 working days for shipping. The item(s) in your order must be unused, with their original packaging and contents intact, and any other packaging inside the box.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

In all cases of refund we can only refund against the card details used in the purchase.

Where to send your return

Contact us via the contact page requesting the address for sending the item(s) you are returning. You are responsible for making sure the item(s) get back to us.
